Pat dry the chicken wings with paper towels.Remove the wing tips and separate the drumettes and flats.
Add Seasonings and Rest
Place the wings in a large bowl. In a small bowl, mix the baking powder, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and cooking oil. Toss until all wings are evenly coated. Set it aside for 30 minutes.
