Mild, creamy, aromatic lamb korma curry, made with lamb, yoghurt, coconut milk, and a handful of classic Indian spices. Korma curry is a popular Indian restaurant dish, mild in heat but the flavour is not bland.

Ingredients:

Step 1

Circled Dot

Marinate the lamb with yoghurt and spices for at least 15 minute to 1 hour.

Step 2

Saute the spices with medium heat in ghee.

Step 3

Add chopping onion and follow with ginger and garlic.

Step 4

Add the spices and stir well.

Step 5

Place the marinated lamb and water. Bring it to simmer.

Step 6

Circled Dot

Reduce the heat and add yogurt, coconut milk and salt.

Step 7

Circled Dot

Cook until the meat is tender and soft. add more water if needed.

Step 8

Circled Dot

Add the rest of coconut milk and cook for another 2-3 minutes.

Step 9

Circled Dot

Garnish with toasted almond and serve with naan or rice.
