Cut carrot and sausage into small cubes.
Cut spring onions into thin slices. Seperate the white part and green part. ( add the green part of spring onions in the final step. )
Add one Tbsp of butter in pan and stir fry the eggs and push one side of pan.
Then add another Tbsp of butter and stir fry the white part of spring onions for few seconds. Then add the carrot cubes and sweet corns and stir fry for 1 min.
Add the cut sausages and stir fry for 1-2 mins. Mix all the ingredients well.
Add the cooked rice, then pour the soy sauce, oyster sauce and sesame oil. Stir fry with medium high heat.
Add green part of spring onions and salt to taste. Continue stir fry for 1 min.
Delicious sausage fried rice is ready! Enjoy!
